What is CBD oil?

Can CBD oil be detected in a drug analysis?
CBD is not considered as a narcotic so it is not analyzed in saliva testing. As we have mentioned above, CBD Broad Spectrum oils (of broad spectrum) do not contain THC. Topical use is not detectable in THC analysis (even with concentrations below 0.3 per cent), so if used by topical means they will not be positive in drug screening tests.
If CBD oil is consumed protractedly or at very high doses by sublingual, those oils containing traces of THC, even if it is in extremely low proportions below 0.3 per cent legally permitted, could yield a positive result in a drug test.
Is CBD oil legal in Spain?
Cannabidiol is not registered for use as a dietary supplement in the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Healthy Products, so oil CBD in Spain can only be marketed for topical and cosmetic use.
